Tiffany Kostan, (she/her )

Social Work Intern

My therapeutic commitment is to co-create a space where you feel encouraged to express your complete and authentic self. I value curiosity and promote self-agency. As a neurodivergent queer polyamorous-identified woman, who navigates life with chronic pain and illness, I use frameworks rooted in anti-oppressive, systems-based approach.

My experience as a writer, performer, and dancer informs my practice through storytelling, movement, and embodiment practices. Therapy is a container to integrate trauma and grief, and to explore the impact of creativity and play. Together we can explore principles of pleasure, advocacy, and resilience. I can support people navigating death, grief, life transitions, boundaries, and identity exploration.

I offer support for LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as individuals with ADHD and Autism, and those who navigate diverse relationship structures, kink, gender exploration, and disability with a liberatory lens.

Tiffany Kostan (she/her) has an interdisciplinary B.A. in Peace, Justice, and Conflict Studies with a minor in Photography from Youngstown State University. She considered a career as a death doula before becoming a student at Northeastern Illinois University to pursue a Masters in Social Work.
