At The Depth Collective PLLC, we're committed to providing you with the support and information you need for a positive and healing experience with our practice. Here you'll find various resources and contact information to assist you with any questions or concerns.

2. Emergency Contact.

For immediate mental health crises outside or scheduled session times, please go to the nearest emergency room or dial 911 and/or contact one the following crisis support networks:

3: Appointment Scheduling and Changes

  • To schedule or change an appointment, please email your psychotherapist 

  • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

4: Billing and Insurance

  • For billing inquiries or to discuss insurance coverage, please contact your insurance provider.

  • We accept BCBS PPO, United Healthcare PPO, provide superbills for out-of-network providers, and offer sliding scale fees.
