Queer-Affirming Psychotherapist
Building Bridges Between Identity, Healing, and Hope
Are you navigating the complexities of identity, longing for deeper connection, or healing from religious or racial trauma? You don’t have to do it alone. I’m a body- and sex-positive, queer-affirming psychotherapist specializing in identity development, self-esteem, sexuality, and trauma and addiction recovery—particularly within BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and spiritually diverse communities (Jewish, Buddhist, Christian, Muslim, atheist, etc.).
My training includes psychodynamic psychotherapy with a specialization in Self Psychology, and I incorporate relational, depth-oriented, and decolonial approaches. I work with individuals, couples, throuples, and polyamorous constellations to foster growth, emotional safety, and deepened self-understanding.
I also support clients navigating life with ADHD/Autism—especially those who have been misdiagnosed, overlooked, or shamed for their neurodivergence. Together, we’ll work to unlearn internalized messages around productivity and perfectionism, explore alternative rhythms for living and creating, and embrace more compassionate ways of relating to yourself and the world.
In our work, we’ll gently explore your inner world—naming and challenging internalized messages, honoring cultural and spiritual strengths, and unearthing your innate capacity to thrive.
You deserve therapy that sees all of you.
